A nightmarish maelstrom erupts after a shell-shocked war veteran (Cummings) takes a gig as the chauffeur for a vicious gangster. He soon flees to Havana with his boss' faithless wife (Morgan), hounded by a stiletto-wielding henchman (Lorre) and wanted by the authorities for murder!
